Both of your premiums will increase regardless of who actually pays what. The insurance companies WILL settle between themselves out of court. Q. My daughter had an accident in 2005. We had Geico, the other driver had none. Geico is pursuing collecting the deductible we had to pay to have our car fixed. Every 6 months or so they contact me to tell me that it's still unresolved but their working on it. How long can this go on?
